Timing:
Beginning on Thursday,
August 4, at 4.30 p.m.
Registration starts at
12.00 p.m. until 4.00 p.m.
End on Saturday, August 6, at 2.00 p.m.
Terms of participation
in conference:
Pastors
and their spouses, leaders of ministries and also church workers may
participate in conference;
We
do not want money to become an obstacle and interdict the participation in
conference, therefore the registration fee is still only 10 Euros, but there will be an
opportunity for offerings and donations;
For
delegates, caught up in the “prayer list” (registered in the last years, even
with the confirmation of participation by telephone, but not visited the
conference not even notifying us), registration will be confirmed only after
receiving prepayment of registration fee of 10 EUR. In case of changes
registration fee is not refundable, and is kept as a donation;
Feeding
and overnight accommodations are at organizers expense;
Overnight
accommodations will be in hotels, country guest houses, church premises and
also in apartments of Christians;
Pastors
will be accommodated in double rooms in hotels or guest houses;
If
you want to stay only in the double room, then we can provide you with this
option after your full prepayment (40-100 EUR);
No children, infants allowed in
conference!*
*- the only exception
are pastor families with infants
Conference
sessions will be held in one big tent (think about weather) ;
The
translation will be in Russian, English, Latvian and Lithuanian;
Each
delegate needs to have a personal registration
number allowing you to participate in the conference. In order to
receive a registration number, you have to fill in the APPLICATION FORM (click
